This below grade garage was receiving a lot of hydro-static pressure around certain walls. When this happens, the walls tend to bow in and cracks begin to form from the large amount of water that is sitting around the foundation. We first relieved the pressure by drilling weeping holes into the trenches where the waterproofing system will go. WaterGuard was then placed into the trenches, connected to a TripleSafe sump pump and a discharge line. We then placed CleanSpace walls and PowerBraces to hold the bowing walls up. The CleanSpace walls function as a funnel for moisture seeping through the walls and the CleanSpace also looks cosmetically pleasing as well.
This crawlspace was made of stone and had lots of dirt and mold. The customer wanted us to place our CleanSpace product and install a SaniDry dehumidifier, so we did. The result is a cleaner and healthier crawlspace.
The foundation of this home needed waterproofed because their garage was leaking a lot of water. We installed a full perimeter interior waterproofing system consisting of waterguard drains, a trench drain, a SuperSump sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a discharge line equipped with IceGuards.
We installed a white Clean Space liner across the floor and walls of this customers crawl space. We also installed SilverGlo insulation panels on the walls, a SmartSump sump pump, and a Sani Dry Sedona dehumidifier.
When we waterproof monolithic foundations, we can't dig up the floor to place our normal WaterGuard drain system. Instead, we use Dry Trak drains which don't need the floor to be dug up at all.
