Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This below grade garage was receiving a lot of hydro-static pressure around certain walls. When this happens, the walls tend to bow in and cracks begin to form from the large amount of water that is sitting around the foundation. We first relieved the pressure by drilling weeping holes into the trenches where the waterproofing system will go. WaterGuard was then placed into the trenches, connected to a TripleSafe sump pump and a discharge line. We then placed CleanSpace walls and PowerBraces to hold the bowing walls up. The CleanSpace walls function as a funnel for moisture seeping through the walls and the CleanSpace also looks cosmetically pleasing as well. 

We installed a full waterproofing system for this homeowner in Waco, Kentucky. We also included a full perimeter vapor barrier system, which will help drain leaks from the wall down to the subfloor drains. The CleanSpace vapor barrier will also cover up the stains, cracks, and musty smells emitting from the walls. The result of this project was a very happy homeowner who was ready to transform their basement into something greater than just storage space! 

When we waterproofed this basement in Williamsburg, KY, the homeowner wanted us to also install our Brightwall panels to cover up their stained block walls. All of our wall products have a vapor barrier backing, and prevent mold growth. This particular wall system, called BrightWall, is our rigid paneling system, and will help channel wall leaks down into the subfloor drains. These wall panels are also extremely sleek and durable.

When we waterproofed this basement in Irvine, Kentucky, we also made sure to waterproof the hatchway as well. We installed our WaterGuard subfloor drains around the perimeter of the basement and hatchway, and we covered the walls in our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is our most economical wall option, but it is able to completely transform the look and feel of your basement. It's made with an antimicrobial material, keeping the space smelling fresh. The CleanSpace tucks into the WaterGuard wall flange, allowing moisture to seep down into the drainage system. The result is a new basement feel!

When we waterproofed this basement in Irvine, Kentucky, we installed our most secure sump pump system, the TripleSafe, in the lowest graded part of the basement. This sump will take all the water that the WaterGuard subfloor drains channel to it, and safely discharge it away from the foundation of the home. The TripleSafe comes with three different pumps, including a battery backed one in case the power goes out. Like all of our sumps, it comes with an airtight lid, an alarm system, and an airtight floor drain.
