Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement had one side that was leaking water due to poor downgrading slope near their foundation. Rather than paying a lot of money, time, and space to moving the soil around the foundation, we decided to just waterproof one side of the basement, a rather simple process. With WaterGuard, a TripleSafe, and a discharge line, this home was now waterproof. 

This home had some large cracks in its basement, allowing water to seep in. We installed FlexiSpan for the cracks, effectively stopping water from coming by the cracks. However, water was also coming up through the floor. To fix this, we installed WaterGuard and a Super Sump. Lastly, we installed BrightWall paneling, giving the basement a nice finished look. The owner can now finish the basement however they like, without having to worry about water damage. 

This homeowner was tired of having to walk around their house with a coat on during the winter. They also had a bit of a moisture problem in the basement from water leakage. Before tackling this project in Pendleton, KY, the homeowner faced a daunting challenge – an old waterproofing system that simply couldn’t hold its ground against water intrusion.
