Crawl Space Repair in Mackville, Kentucky

This crawl space was showing signs of moisture, as seen in the before picture below. Mold spores were beginning to rot away at the wood, so the customer wanted to block out moisture. We installed Clean Space all over the crawl space to properly encapsulate. We also installed a SmartSump which is equipped with an alarm to warn of power outages and plumbing issues. It also connects to the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which collects lots of water through the moisture in the air. The customer also opted for SilverGlo insulation, the shiny foam panels seen in the picture.
