For this basement in Lebanon, KY, we replaced an old sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump. We also replaced the damaged wet drywall with our EverLast wall panels. These waterproof panels help protect the most vulnerable areas of a finished basement, and they will never get damaged from water. We also replaced the drainage system for this basement by installing our interior perimeter system, which includes our patented WaterGuard subfloor drains. The result is a dry, clean basement that the homeowners no longer have to worry about.
This porch and adjacent sidewalk were settling unevenly into the ground, creating voids and gaps. We lifted the sidewalk and the porch with our expansive foam jacking method, effectively leveling all of the slabs out. The result is a stable porch and an even sidewalk.
In Carrollton, KY, a homeowner faced a troubling hazard: an uneven driveway, posing risks and diminishing curb appeal. Luckily, The Basement Doctor was on the case. As you can see in the before photo, the misaligned concrete was more than an eyesore; it was an accident waiting to happen. Through the expert application of PolyLevel, we were able to precisely lift and level the slabs, instantly transforming the drive. The NexusPro sealing method then ensured the finish was not only beautiful, as seen in the after photo but enduringly so. Together, these solutions revived the driveway to its safe and appealing best, showcasing our dedication to providing both a remarkable customer experience and a lasting resolution.
This crawl space was subjected to crazy amounts of moisture before we encapsulated it. Our moisture barrier called CleanSpace is able to block out moisture and reduce humidity levels. We also installed SilverGlo insulation wall panels to help control the energy bills the homeowners were paying.
The sidewalk leading up to this home in Shelbyville, KY was sinking into the soil. To reverse this process, we injected polyurethane foam under the sidewalk. The foam is so strong that as it expands under the concrete, it is able to raise the slabs. By using calculated amounts of foam for each different slab, we are able to get the sidewalk level again. After everything is leveled, we then sealed the slabs together at the seams. This process was way cheaper than replacing the sidewalk completely, and for that, the homeowner was very happy with the outcome.
