This crawl space's main beams were in need of some support because the floor above had a lot of weight pressing down and causing wear and tear on the beams. We supported the beams by installing SmartJacks in the crawl space, connected to the main beams.
This driveways concrete slabs had settled, causing some minor cracks and bumps throughout the driveway. We fixed this problem by injecting foam under each individual slab, with calculated amounts of foam. The foam was able to raise each slab a desired amount, which allowed us to create an even driveway.
The wall in the garage of this home was bowing in from built up water on the outside soil of the garage. In order to keep this wall stable, we installed a system of PowerBrace steel beams. PowerBraces are not just your everyday steel beam product. They have unique qualities like special brackets that prevent damage to floor joists. They are also made of galvanized steel, so they won't rust like other options. The result of this project brought peace of mind to the homeowner that their wall won't shift again.
We used PolyLevel Injection System to level this sidewalk slab that had sunk. We also used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the joint between the slabs.
